Onboarding a new brand can be a rewarding experience for both us and the restaurant owner. When implementing this kind of project, we get to work closely with the owners and their staff to train them on the online ordering process. Learning to use the system is the biggest challenge to onboarding a web ordering platform. This includes teaching the restaurant staff how to use the software not just for receiving orders but also for keeping track of lead times, etc. It can be a little overwhelming at first to manage the volume and get a handle on operations.
