Senior Frontend Developer
Independence, OH

The position of Senior Developer will work across our internal teams to improve the Onosys platform, implement client-driven features and designs, improve our web-based applications, and support the broader development team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with our existing JavaScript code; improve and incorporate new patterns when appropriate
  • Develop and maintain our hybrid native applications
  • Implement new features using HTML, SASS, JavaScript, and our internal frameworks
  • Support the development team
  • Identity, troubleshoot, and fix bugs
  • Work with the broader Onosys team and our clients to solve problems

Must Haves

  • 5+ years' experience creating web-based applications and websites
  • Experience building enterprise web applications
  • Broad knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience creating modern web designs, user interfaces, and working with REST APIs
  • Experience troubleshooting and fixing cross-browser issues
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS/SASS

Preferred

  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (AngularJS, Vue.js, Jasmine, etc.)
  • Experience building hybrid native apps using Cordova
  • Experience using JS task runners like Gulp
  • Familiarity with the whole web stack
  • Strong design skills and detail oriented

Client Support Manager
Independence, OH

Onosys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Client Support team. If you thrive in a technically demanding and fast-paced environment, can concisely describe technical or abstract concepts to customers and coworkers alike, then we're the team for you! Part problem-solver, part product expert, the Client Support Manager will be initially responsible for managing a team of 2-3 Client Support Specialists and owning the support process for Onosys clients.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, can quickly comprehend new software, think creatively to solve problems for our clients, and will continually improve company processes and culture. The Client Support Manager must have a deep understanding of the Onosys product and must able to think critically to diagnose and troubleshoot client issues reported via phone and email. In addition, the candidate must be capable of developing and documenting a new Client Support process for Onosys going forward. We are looking for someone to bring their experience to our team and help us take our Client Support to the next level.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support by gathering client information and determine the best course of action
  • Maintain daily schedule of assigned support resources to ensure appropriate coverage according to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our clients.
  • Apply technical expertise, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills to drive the diagnosis and resolution of reported issues or requests
  • Mentor and develop a distributed team of 2-3 Client Support Specialists
  • Field escalations of client requests as needed
  • Develop support procedures, policies and standards
  • Analyze available support metrics to determine trends and recommend process improvements
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Client Support team
  • Track and manage issues and requests using Teamwork Desk

Must Haves

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Client Support or Customer Service leadership role; working knowledge of web-based/SaaS products or enterprise account management is huge plus
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and communicate within cross-functional teams
  • Fluidity in translating technical jargon and processes to non-technical users
  • Proficient working across Microsoft Office suite and card-based task tracking software
  • Confidence in your experience as a Client Support professional to hit the ground running on day-one
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Must thrive in fast-paced start-up environment and relish wearing many hats.

Rotating weekday/weekend on-call support will be required to support our clients.
