Onosys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Client Support team. If you thrive in a technically demanding and fast-paced environment, can concisely describe technical or abstract concepts to customers and coworkers alike, then we're the team for you! Part problem-solver, part product expert, the Client Support Manager will be initially responsible for managing a team of 2-3 Client Support Specialists and owning the support process for Onosys clients.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, can quickly comprehend new software, think creatively to solve problems for our clients, and will continually improve company processes and culture. The Client Support Manager must have a deep understanding of the Onosys product and must able to think critically to diagnose and troubleshoot client issues reported via phone and email. In addition, the candidate must be capable of developing and documenting a new Client Support process for Onosys going forward. We are looking for someone to bring their experience to our team and help us take our Client Support to the next level.
Rotating weekday/weekend on-call support will be required to support our clients.
