Matthew has over a dozen years of experience in the software industry working for Fortune 500 companies and fast pace internet companies alike. He has spent the last several years at Onosys leading the software development, design, and QA teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining a secure hosting environment for PCI compliance.
As Principal Architect and Sr. Manager of Engineering, Ryan's knowledge and vision have guided Onosys in the development of the restaurant industry's most flexible and capable online ordering platform. Prior to his work with Onosys, Ryan developed technological solutions for the manufacturing and banking industries at Parker Hannifin and Citizen's Bank.
Matthew has led design and user experience at Onosys since 2011, where he is now focused on product. Prior to Onosys, he built custom e-commerce solutions for the small business market and ran his own design and development consultancy.
R. David Hoover retired from Ball Corporation as chief executive officer in January 2011 after 41 years of service. He retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2013.
Mr. Hoover serves on the boards of Ball Corporation, Eli Lilly and Company, Energizer Holdings, Inc., and Steelcase Inc. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for Elanco Animal Health Incorporated. He is a former member of the board of the National Association of Manufacturers and former member and past chair of the Can Manufacturers Institute.
Mr. Hoover is a member and past chair of the board of trustees of DePauw University and serves on the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean’s Council. He is also a director of Boulder Community Health and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
John Spiers is a serial entrepreneur based in Boulder, CO. He co-founded venture-backed LeftHand Networks, a market leader in virtualized, scale-out data storage, and served as LeftHand’s Chief Technology Officer. In 2010 John co-founded NexGen Storage, developing the market’s first data storage system architected for flash memory, and served as NexGen’s CEO.
John was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award finalist in 2005 & 2006, and was selected by Boulder Chamber of Commerce for the Esprit Entrepreneur of Distinction award in 2006. John is a graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Engineering.

Todd has developed, annexed, platted, established Metro Districts and performed Entitlements for various subdivisions including but not limited to: Spring Mesa, Buffalo Run Mesa, Mid-Cities at Flatirons Crossing, Traditions in Aurora, Wolf Ranch in Colorado Springs, Monks Crossing in Charleston, SC, Burdick Industrial Center in Commerce City, Meades Subdivision, Coal Creek Meadows, Gun Club Park, Pelican Lakes, Inspiration (formerly Rocking Horse) in Aurora.
He was the President and COO of TARCO Inc. a heavy civil contractor in Colorado. He performed construction of highways, airport runways, underground utilities, earthmoving, concrete structures, golf courses, subdivisions for national builders. He has over 35 years of turnkey development with a high annual revenue of $80 million and over $1 billion in construction projects across the Rocky Mountain Region.
He was also the Co-Founder of the Heavy Equipment Brokerage, GTM Sales, Inc. Todd also started a private money lending company called TABS, LLC in 2013, where serves as the Managing Partner. Providing creative financial solutions to real estate investors in Colorado.
Todd established the TET Family Foundation in 2001, he contributes to charities throughout his community.
He also has served as the Board Member for multiple Metro Districts such as Rocking Horse, Buffalo Run, Spring Mesa, Burdick Industrial, Meades Crossing and charitable organizations such as Mt. St Vincent, Boys Hope, and Brents Place from 1990-2019.
Don Sanders is the Founder and Chairman of Sanders Morris Harris, the Houston-based manager of over $11 billion of client assets.
Don was an owner of the Houston Astros Baseball Club before founding the Round Rock Express with Nolan and Reid Ryan. With the Ryans, he is a principal owner of Ryan-Sanders Baseball which owns and operates the Triple-A Round Rock Express and the Double-A Corpus Christi Hooks baseball clubs.
An active community leader, Don served on the Houston Police Pension Board, and the University Of Houston Board Of Regents. Dale was a GE and GE Capital employee and was responsible for domestic and international manufacturing operations early in his career and finished at GE Capital as a Senior Vice-President and Manager and was responsible for the Corporate Finance Group focusing on M&A, restructurings and financing the growth of companies in the Specialty Chemicals, Metals and other manufacturing operations.
Dale left GE Capital to lead a start-up group that purchased the assets of Eastern Airlines, Inc. that ultimately became the world’s largest after market aircraft parts and aircraft maintenance company.
He then served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Protective Products International a leading manufacturer for the US military, law enforcement and various special operations teams of body amour and other unique products. The company quadrupled in sales during his tenure which lead to a successful sale to a publicly traded industry player. He followed that by becoming President and CEO of World Avenue and subsequently Selling Source, LLC which became one of the largest and most sophisticated on on-line lead generation companies.
In 2013 he became President and COO of Cyaume Technologies, Inc (NASDAQ: CYLU) and led a successful turn-around and ultimate sale to private equity in 2018.
He has been active in community service as Board Member and Vice-Chairman of Kids-In- Distress, a treatment and housing campus for sexually abused children and babies born with drug addictions. He chaired the Capital Campaign for KIDS and raised approximately $8 million to fund the construction of a campus that house and treated abused children and drug addicted babies. He also served as Co-Chairman of a YMCA campaign to build a facility and pool in South Florida that focused on teaching elementary age children to swim.
In 2011 he started Mario’s Osteria, LLC a leading South Florida award winning Italian restaurant which in 2018 served over 240,00 covers and remains in operation.
Stephen Irish possess over 30 plus years of finance industry knowledge and experience as a competitive financial services and Private Equity executive and Business general manager. Mr. Irish’s strong track record is in creating, managing, growing profitable and turning around high margin businesses.
In 2019, Mr. Irish Co-Founded a Private Equity Fund with Dale Baker called Blue Ocean Fund, LLC. Funds were sourced from Two Family Offices and a number of High Net Worth Individuals. Prior to Blue Ocean, Mr. Irish lead another Private Equity group called Aeries Investments, LLC - 2014-2018. Sourced an Asset-Based Loan to Chef's Warehouse. Raising equity for Arrowsight, LLC., monetized a structured an off-balance sheet receivables transaction for Genesis Healthcare, Inc, and others.
Mr. Irish also has extensive executive operating experience. He worked his way up the ranks at Citibank, GE Capital, and Bank of America in various roles. Most recently served as CEO at Integrated Water Technologies from 2011-2014 and as CFO for NextHealth, LLC. from 2014-2018.
