Not Sure How to Ask?

I want to...

...change my store's permanent operating, pickup and/or delivery hours.

Just submit a support request with the following:

  1. Specify which hours you'd like to change:
    1. Operating Hours, Pickup and/or Delivery hours.
  2. Specify open/first or close/last hours for the days you'd like them changed. Make sure to include AM or PM in your request!

Example request:
Can you change my store's opening hours, Mon – Fri, to 7:00 am? Can you also change my last delivery hour to 7:00 pm for Wednesday?

...change the address of my store.

Just use the support form to request the change in address.

Example request:
Can you change my store's address to 1814 E. 40th Street, Suite 5D, Cleveland, OH 44103?

...temporarily turn off online ordering.

Just use the support form to request this! Make sure you include the dates for which you want to turn on/off online ordering. If need to turn off online ordering for several stores, make sure you include this information as well!

Example request:
Can you turn off my stores for December 25th? I'd like them turned on for December 26th. This will be applicable for store numbers 139 (Cleveland), 422 (Philadelphia) and 879 (Honolulu). 

...enter a tip for an order.

Just use the support form to request this! You'll need to include the following information for each order:

  1. Restaurant for which the order was placed.
  2. Date when the order was placed.
  3. Customer's Last Name
  4. Order Total
  5. Tip amount to be added.

Example request:
I'd like to add a tip for the following order:
ONOSYS Café – Store OH 13
12/25/10
Yakubovich
$24.20
Tip: $2.80

...increase or decrease the default lead time for my delivery and/or pick up orders.

Just use the support form to request this! Make sure to tell us which times correspond to delivery/pickup orders. If you want to change the lead time for several restaurants, make sure you specify the time for each restaurant.

Example request:
I'd like to increase my pickup lead time to 40 minutes.

If your current delivery availability is radius based, you can use the support form to request a change. Please be as specific as possible about the changes!
If your current delivery availability is zone based, you'll have to send the change request directly to support@onosys.com. In the email, you should include a

Just use the support form to request this! You'll need to include the following information for each receipt:

  1. Restaurant for which the order was placed.
  2. Date when the order was placed.
  3. Customer's Last Name
  4. Order Total
