Oleg Fridman

Oleg Fridman

Co-Founder/Partner
Oleg leads all technology efforts at ONOSYS. When his family moved to Cleveland from his native Kiev, Ukraine, 5-year-old Oleg Fridman may have imagined he was moving to a warmer land. But Ohio's equally chilly climes likely helped him stay inside and develop what turned out to be a natural ability for computer programming. While studying computer science at Case Western Reserve University, he refined his technical skills developing websites for the company's restaurant clients, before graduated in 2007. As director of technology, he spends much of his time helping clients understand the complexities of his code-blooded craft. And when he's not overseeing projects, Fridman skis, snowboards and follows sports.

Stan Garber

Stan Garber

Co-Founder/Partner
Stan leads the sales effort at ONOSYS. While studying finance and accounting at Case Western Reserve University, the reserved, but persistent Garber began knocking on restaurateurs' doors to convince them to trust a tiny tech startup—run by three college guys—with their online ordering system. These days, Garber is often easy to spot as the only person in the room wearing orange shoes: the core color of ONOSYS. When the 2007 Case graduate isn't on the trade show circuit, he enjoys cooking, running, and traveling, plus being thankful he didn't become an investment banker.

Alex Yakubovich

Alex Yakubovich

Co-Founder/Partner
Alex leads the operations efforts at ONOSYS. A native of Moscow, Alex Yakubovich immigrated to the U.S. with his family when just 6 years old. His love of computers began at age 8, when his family got an HP, and he's been hooked ever since. Focused on business instead of beer bashes, he worked to grow ONOSYS while studying mechanical engineering at Case Western Reserve University and graduating in 2007. When not overseeing operations at ONOSYS and making sure every client’s system is functioning correctly, he runs marathons and reads autobiographies—though not necessarily at the same time.

Board of Directors

Lee Zapis

Lee Zapis

Lee Zapis is a principal in Zapis Capital Group, which he founded in 2003. Lee provides strategic counsel for the companies that Zapis Capital invests in, working closely with them to develop sound growth strategies. He is literally a hands-on investor, having manned a booth at a trade show to get a better feel for a particular company’s marketing approach. Lee is known for his selective approach to making an investment: it must show promise of growth and the working relationship must be a functional blend of shared vision and communication. He is in daily communication with companies to determine their viability as a new investment opportunity. Lee currently sits on the boards of ONOSYS and Sonicbids, two companies in Zapis Capital’s portfolio. Zapis Capital also has current investments in Cleveland Heart Labs, COMS Interactive and Listener Driven Radio, among others.

Prior to founding Zapis Capitol, Lee spent 25 years as a successful radio executive. During his time in the broadcast industry, Lee was president of Zapis Communications, a closely-held corporation that owned and operated radio stations in Cleveland, Akron and Youngstown, Ohio, as well as Atlanta and Boston. Under Lee’s guidance, the stations received numerous national broadcast awards, including: Billboard Magazine's Black Radio Station of the Year; Program Director of the Year; Music Director of the Year and Air Personality of the Year. Zapis Communications stations were also nominated eight times for the Marconi award, the highest honor given by the National Association of Broadcasters.
