The position of Menu Process Specialist is an accelerated training program for upward movement into our Takeout & Delivery team. This entry level position starts with tasks as a Menu Engineer, growing your understanding and proficiency within the ONOSYS technology solutions, while responding to phone and email inquiries and general office tasks. You will be joining a new division of livingsocial, and will be an integral part of the success of this small and growing team.

Menu Engineer Tasks:

• Become proficient in the ONOSYS Software platforms
• First line of contact to phone calls and support emails
• Performing basic admin updates to location and menu information in the system
• Demonstrate to the team when you’re ready to learn more and further your path at ONOSYS
• General office support tasks – anything from making coffee, to carving Turkey at Thanksgiving, to keeping score during office Skeeball Tournaments

Process Specialist Tasks:

• Create, maintain, and grow internal processes for Restaurant set-
• Respond to inquiries from individual restaurants in a timely manner
• Provide a flawless ONOSYS experience by ensuring every merchant’s online ordering system meets their needs and expectations
• Drive T&D team growth and success through helping to foster a productive team environment
• Support Senior Management on various client and internal projects
• Be an active foundation for the entire Operations team

As you prove yourself to the team, they will continue to train and challenge you with additional tasks until you’re ready to move into the Account Management role, with potential chance for even further growth.

• Respond to inquiries from individual restaurants and corporate team (menu updates, price changes, store information updates) in a timely manner
• Provide a flawless ONOSYS experience by ensuring every client’s online ordering system meets their needs and expectations
• Support Senior Management on various client and internal projects
• Be an active foundation for the entire Operations team

ONOSYS is actively searching for a talented and experienced interface developer. Candidate must possess good people skills, ability to work in a team, and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic atmosphere. Major consideration will be given to candidates who exhibit a strong work ethic, flexibility, energy, ability to foster teamwork, and passion for learning.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of HTML
• Strong understanding of CSS
• Experience fixing cross-browser issues
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop

Preferred:

• Strong design skills
• Experience creating fresh, modern web designs and user interfaces
• Exposure to design/UI for a mobile environment
• .NET experience and/or experience in a MVC environment

ONOSYS is seeking a hard-working, quick learning individual for a position as a mid-level Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing R&D team. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Position Responsibilities:

• Contribute to test planning, scheduling, and managing test resources
• Define test cases and create integration and system test scripts and configuration test questionnaires from requirement documents and development tickets
• Create configuration documentation concurrent with each software release
• Execute functional tests and author significant revisions to test materials as necessary through the development phases
• Maintains defect report and update reports following regression testing
• Understand the functional design of software products / suites being tested and their underlying technologies to facilitate authoring tests, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring that tests accurately address required business functionality. Clarifies ambiguous areas with technical teams
• Apply basic industry and functional area knowledge related to the software product being tested to determine whether system components meet specifications
• Develops specified testing deliverables over the lifecycle of the project
• Interpret development specifications to maintain revision notes after each deployment
