Client Support Specialist
ONOSYS is seeking a hard-working, quick learning individual for a position as a Client Support Specialist. No particular experience is required, however, strong technical and customer service skills are a must. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Major consideration will be given to candidates who exhibit flexibility, ambition, ability to foster teamwork, and a passion for learning.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support for clients including menu setup changes and updates.
- Answer support calls and resolve basic client support issues.
- Call in "failed orders" (orders failing to go through to restaurants are called in for customers).
- Point of Sale Integration with ONOSYS Software.
- Various internal administration tasks.
- Occasional Industry/Market Research.
- Communicate with clients on status/completion of tasks and support issues.
- Allocate situations requiring high level/urgent attention to the appropriate resources.

Web Designer/Interface Developer
ONOSYS is actively searching for a talented and experienced interface developer. Candidate must possess good people skills, ability to work in a team, and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic atmosphere. Required Skills:

Software Quality Assurance Analyst
ONOSYS is seeking a hard-working, quick learning individual for a position as a mid-level Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing R&D team. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Position Responsibilities:
- Contribute to test planning, scheduling, and managing test resources
- Define test cases and create integration and system test scripts and configuration test questionnaires from requirement documents and development tickets
- Create configuration documentation concurrent with each software release
- Execute functional tests and author significant revisions to test materials as necessary through the development phases
- Maintains defect report and update reports following regression testing
- Understand the functional design of software products / suites being tested and their underlying technologies to facilitate authoring tests, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring that tests accurately address required business functionality. Clarifies ambiguous areas with technical teams
- Apply basic industry and functional area knowledge related to the software product being tested to determine whether system components meet specifications
- Develops specified testing deliverables over the lifecycle of the project
- Interpret development specifications to maintain revision notes after each deployment
