How It All Started
O-Web Technologies, the parent company, was formed in 2003. The company’s goal was to provide interactive media services for businesses in the Cleveland area. Through excellent service and a commitment to keeping up with the latest in design and functionality improvements, O-Web grew their client roster from a handful in 2003 to now over eighty established businesses nationwide. In 2006, O-Web Technologies was contracted by one of Cleveland’s most famous pizza chains, Rascal House Pizza. Rascal House wanted to increase their web presence and launch an online ordering solution that better catered to their growing audience. O-Web Technologies began a search for existing systems specific to the food industry that would suit Rascal’s needs. After serious evaluation of several systems, the owners of O-Web Technologies found that no system fully addressed the needs of Rascal House Pizza. This prompted the development of a system that would embody the company’s commitment to the most usable and flexible functionality, the most aesthetic design, and customer support that customers could always rely on. The system was named ONOSYS, whose mission is to offer to many other restaurateurs the same competitive advantage afforded to Rascal House.
